Inquiries
The contact page does not send anything to us on its own. Its button opens a message in your own email program, addressed to carlos@lapresallc.com, which you review and send yourself. Nothing you type on the page is stored by this site. Messages you send us are kept in our email system and used only to respond to you and, if we are engaged, to do the work.
Email subscriptions
If you subscribe to our alerts, your email address is sent to Kit (kit.com), the service that hosts our list and sends the emails. Kit sends a confirmation message first; you are not added until you confirm. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list. We do not sell, rent, or share the list. Kit's own privacy policy governs its handling of the data it stores.
Hosting and analytics
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which logs ordinary connection data (such as IP address and pages requested) to serve and protect the site. We run no advertising trackers and, at present, no analytics of our own. If that changes, this notice will say so.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. The subscription form's script and our hosting provider may set technical cookies needed to function.
